برنامج التدريب الإنتقالي (TTP)
الأحكام والشروط:
برنامج التدريب الانتقالي (TTP)هو عبارة عن دورة ممزوجة، تتكون من دورة إلكترونية وجلسات تعلم جماعية وجهًا لوجه. جميع المعلومات المشمولة والمستندات والصور ومقاطع الفيديو والبيانات والملاحظات وجميع المواد الأخرى بجميع أنواعها و وسائطها هي مواد خاضعة لحقوق الطبع والنشر. حقوق الطبع والنشر مملوكة بشكل مشترك من قبل جمعية العون الطبي للفلسطينيّين (MAP) ومؤسسة طب الأسرة في فلسطين (FFMP)، والمعروفة باسم " الناشرين Publishers – "
أنت توافق على الالتزام بالأحكام والشروط الموضحة أدناه. إذن الوصول إلى الدورة التدريبية مشروط بموافقتك على هذه البنود والشروط؛ خرقك لأي من هذه البنود والشروط سيؤدي تلقائياً إلى استبعادك من البرنامج.
أ.المحتوى:
المحتوى والملكية الفكرية للبرنامج محمية بحقوق الطبع والنشر. يحظر تمامًا نسخ أو طباعة غير مصرّح بها لأي مادة أو المشاركة مع الأفراد الذين لم يقوموا بالتسجيل لدى الناشرين. في الأماكن التي ستشارك فيها تجاربك أو معلوماتك مع الآخرين في مجموعة مناقشة إلكترونية أو وجهاً لوجه، يتوجّب عليك المحافظة على السرية تجاه المرضى والزملاء، وليس التشهير أو الإهانة أو مضايقة الغرباء أو أعضاء آخرين في مجموعة المناقشة.
ب. إستخدام أي جزء من المواد خارج الدورة التدريبية لا يتم إلا بترخيص من قبل الناشرين. عادةً لن يتم حجب إذن استخدام هذه المواد.
ج. شرط إخلاء المسؤولية:
إستخدام أيٍ من محتويات الدورة من معلومات وبيانات سوف يكون وفقاً لتقديراتك الشخصيّة. لا يمكن إعتبار الناشرين مسؤولين عن أي تطبيق للمواد الموجودة في الدورة التدريبية.
د. مسؤولية المستخدمين:
لاستخدام برنامج التدريب الإنتقالي (TTP )، يجب عليك تقديم اسمك وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة مرور المستخدم من أجل إنشاء حساب مستخدم (حساب المستخدم). يتعهد الناشرون بعدم الكشف عن بياناتك لأي جهات خارجية أو نقل بياناتك إلى أي أطراف ثالثة. كما أنك توافق على عدم مشاركة إذن الوصول أو الوصول إلى معلومات حساب المستخدم الخاص بك مع أي طرف ثالث لأيّ سبب. عند إعداد حساب المستخدم الخاص بك، قد تتم مطالبتك بإدخال معلومات إضافية (كمثال: حالتك المهنية).
من أجل إكمال الدورة التدريبية، يجب إكمال التقييمات قبل و بعد كل قسم، كما أنك تتعهد بإكمالها بنفسك دون مساعدة من أي شخص آخر. يجب ألا تشارك الأسئلة والأجوبة مع المسجلين الآخرين في برنامج التدريب الإنتقالي (TTP)، يجب عليك أيضًا ملء نماذج التقييمات المدرجة في كل قسم من أقسام برنامج التدريب الإنتقالي (TTP).
هـ. مسؤولية الناشرين:
يتعهد الناشرون بالحفاظ على السريّة التامّة للتفاصيل الخاصّة بك، بما في ذلك نتائج اختباراتك.
في حال إتمامك لكل قسم من الدورة التدريبية وجلسات الوجه لوجه وجميع التقييمات المتواجدة في البرنامج، سيصدر لك الناشرون شهادة إتمام الدورة التدريبية. إتمامك لكل قسم لا يمكن تسجيله إلا من خلال موقع البرنامج.
Transitional Training Programme
Terms & conditions
The Transitional Training Programme (TTP) is a blended course consisting of an electronic course and face to face group learning sessions. All included information, documents, images, videos, data, notes and all other materials in all formats & mediums are copyright material. The copyright is owned jointly by Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) and the Foundation for Family Medicine in Palestine (FFMP), known collectively as ‘the Publishers’.
You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions written below. Access to the course is conditional on you agreeing to the terms and conditions; any breach will result in you being excluded from the course.
A. Content
The content and intellectual property of the course is protected by copyright. Unauthorised copying or printing of any material, or sharing with individuals who have not registered with the Publishers is completely forbidden. In places where you share experiences or information with others in an electronic or face to face discussion group, you are expected to maintain confidentiality towards patients and colleagues, and not defame, insult, harass outsiders or other members of the discussion group
B. Any use of parts of the material outside the course must be authorised by the publishers. Permission to use such material will not normally be withheld.
C. Disclaimer
Any use of information, data, learning from the course is entirely at your discretion. The publishers cannot be held liable for any application of the material in the course
D. Users responsibility
In order to use the TTP, you must provide your name, an email address and a user password in order to create a user account (User Account). The publishers promise not to disclose your details to any outsiders or to pass on your details to any third parties. You agree not to share access or access information for Your User Account with any third party for any reason. In setting up Your User Account, You may be prompted to enter additional information (eg your professional status).
In order to complete the course you must complete the pre- and post-section assessments, and you undertake to complete them yourself without any help from anyone else. You must not share questions and answers with others enrolled in the TTP. You must also complete the evaluation forms included in each TTP section.
E. Publishers’ responsibility
The publishers undertake to keep your details confidential, including the results of your tests.
Provided you have completed each section of the course and the face to face sessions and all assessments the Publishers will issue you with a certificate of satisfactory completion of the course. Completion of each section can only be registered through the programme’s website.
F. Use of data
By agreeing to this terms, you give permission to the publishers to use the data you have supplied as part of the course for the purposes of research, evaluation and further improvement of course materials. The data will be anonymised so that it cannot be attributed to individuals.
